Everything was absolutely delicious. Great portion sizes. Super speedy and really kind staff.

Enjoyed lunch on the patio. Kind, friendly service and delicious food. Highly recommend visiting The Vine Cafe.

I have been a regular at the vine for a long, long time. The service there is absolutely wonderful and caring. Their attention to quality , even in busy moments or at the end of day never fails. They care for their customers and are a staple in our community. Their food is incredible, you literally will not find a better falafel sandwich or a better price. I will always recommend the vine to those who are visiting and those who are local. 10/10 food, 10/10 service and 10/10 location. South grand is full of different cultures, shops and characters. A good place to really get a sense of saint louis.

I really appreciate it that they were able to seat such a large group on short notice, and for the food to be ready rather quickly. The staff was super friendly, and we had a lot of fun with them. I got the Lebanese nachos, and it was, a generous amount of food, but honestly, I had trouble getting to the chips at the bottom, and they were all different sizes, which would displace the toppings in a weird way as I was digging to try to get them out. It was easier to take a utensil and crush it all up and eat it like that instead of expecting to pull a chip out at a time with toppings on it. I'm really impressed with their fresh juices.

Yummmm, pita & hummus. Walked in to grab just a snack & it was super quick service. The pita & hummus was literally mouth watering. It's like a small market cafe in there so not a ton of seating but the patio outside would be good for a nice evening.

I'd give them a million stars if I could. We're from out of town and we're so sad that we won't be able to eat here every week! The flavors are wonderful, rich and authentic. Every dish we ate was fresh and irresistible! We had the hummus, baba ganogh, dolmas, Lebanese nachos, fatoush salad with chicken schwarma and loved every bite! The pita was soft and warm! Oh! And the juice! Delicious and fresh! The service was warm and friendly and we felt welcome. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. Great work Vine!! Next time we're in the area we're definitely going to visit!

Very nice clean eatery. Counter service to order then food is brought to your table. The service is perfect. Wide variety of all Mediterranean dishes. Every bite is delicious.

The Vine perfectly embodies the "hole in the wall" aesthetic. Located on South Grand, this restaurant serves savory Lebanese meals. The outside and inside of this place are unassuming, but you won't be disappointed. The inside includes murals on the walls, along with tiling along the perimeter of the walls. The decor is not modern by any means, but the interior exudes family-owned business vibes. The service at The Vine is great. The team is helpful and attentive, and the food comes out relatively quickly. Other times, it can take a bit longer--it typically ranges from 15-25 minutes. The shawarma and kafta are the highlights of the menu! I usually will get the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich ($9) with the Hummus and Housemade Pita appetizer ($7) to share. During my visit today, I got the hummus (of course) but decided on the Chicken Kafta Entree with a side salad ($17). This meal comes with grilled ground chicken that incorporates a blend of spices, garlic, onion, and cilantro. The chicken is lying on a bed of rice and is topped with cilantro. In addition, the meal comes with a creamy yogurt sauce that has an aroma of garlic. This sauce was DELICIOUS! It complemented the spices of the Kafta beautifully. The side salad was full of fresh and vibrant greens and had fried pita sitting on top. The dressing is a tangy, rich vinaigrette that has a great depth of flavor. I thought the $17 price seemed a little high, but once I got my meal it made sense. The Kafta, salad, and rice make a very large portion that is well worth the price. If you are a fan of Mediterranean food, this place is a MUST! The Vine has authentic, homemade dishes that are perfect for lunch, dinner, or takeout!

There is nothing better than getting a fresh, light meal every once in a while. The Vine promotes just that. To start, I have never had much hummus in my life, so I do not have a great baseline to compare to, but the hummus was amazing. It was smooth and flavorful. The pita was amazing. Airy, but still with substance. The french fries were a bit soft, but still really solid, to be honest. They also came in a heaping portion. We got carry out so that likely contributed somewhat to the sogginess. But, like I said, dipping them in the ketchup, or tahini was amazing. The chicken shawarma was great. Once again, being carry out I think the pickles getting warmed up affected the flavor a bit. Nonetheless, it was fantastic. The chicken was juicy and the garlic sauce is simultaneously creamy and pungent. The chicken kafta and rice were fantastic. The kafta is bursting with flavor. Plus, the long grain rice was cooked to perfection. I am a sucker for getting the simple aspects of a dish right, and that rice was spectacular. Lastly, the salad has a phenomenal dressing. It was light with an umami flavor. Almost like a jus. But, it still had a tanginess from the vinegar. All in all, the Vine is a really solid nook on South Grand. The workers are nice and they are always busy, but the tables are always empty. Lots of takeout, so it is a good place to go for some privacy. The Vine has my vote of confidence and I can't wait to get back

Omg the falafels here are fire! They're not the mushy unseasoned garbage you get everywhere else. The falafels have a nice crispy texture and it's full of flavor. Service was excellent and the order came shocking fast for something that tastes THAT fresh. This is my fave dish here! Thanks!
